Lead Inspector Application

To register as an active Local Lead Inspector in Toledo, you must hold a valid license from the Ohio Department of Health as a Clearance Technician, Lead Inspector, or Lead Risk Assessor.

All registrations must be submitted online using the Local Lead Inspector Registration Form, along with a $45.00 registration fee, payable by credit card at the time of submission.

You may also choose to have your contact information publicly listed so that property owners can reach out to you directly for inspection services.
